🌳 About Me 🌟
Rev. Logan "Foresta" Otto
Ceremonial guide, community steward, and believer in love without exception.
I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, where the seasons taught me rhythm, the forests taught me reverence, and the people taught me resilience. I’ve always felt called to care—for systems, for stories, and for souls. That calling led me to become an ordained minister, a director of operations for large-scale events, and a steward of inclusive community spaces.
My work blends the sacred and the practical. I officiate weddings, naming ceremonies, and rites of passage with pride and precision. I also design safety systems, consent frameworks, and logistical plans for gatherings that honor both individual needs and collective care. All while maintaining a 7-4 career in the Information Technology field.
🧡 My Beliefs 🧡
I believe in loving one another—no matter sexuality, color, or creed.
I believe that every person deserves to be seen, celebrated, and held in their truth.
I believe that ceremony can be a tool for healing, transformation, and joy.
As a queer spiritual leader, I hold space for all identities and all paths. My ceremonies are rooted in emotional attunement, consent, and clarity. Whether you’re stepping into your truth, grieving a loss, or celebrating love, I’m here to help you mark the moment with reverence.
📚 A Note on Scripture & Inclusion ✝️
Many people are surprised to learn that the Bible’s condemnation of homosexuality is a relatively modern interpretation. The original Hebrew and Greek texts—such as arsenokoitai and malakoi in 1 Corinthians—are complex and context-dependent. Scholars like Dr. Dale Martin and Matthew Vines have shown that these words likely referred to exploitative relationships, not consensual same-sex love.
In fact, early Christian communities were far more concerned with justice, hospitality, and mutual care than with rigid sexual norms. The idea that queerness is incompatible with faith is not only historically inaccurate—it’s spiritually harmful.
I believe that love is holy. Full stop.
🌿 A Few Things I Love 🍂
Forest walks and moonlit skies
Kayaking and just floating down a river
Queer joy and chosen family
Ceremony design and community care
Volunteering all over the world. The passport hasn't been filled yet.
Cosplay and the furry fandom—celebrating self-expression in all its forms
Tech troubleshooting and naturally fixing what I inevitably "mess-up" in my learning. We all start somewhere.
Creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and celebrated
Whether you’re here for a ceremony, a conversation, or a collaboration—I’m glad you found me. Let’s make something beautiful together.
