Hi, I’m Rev. Logan "Foresta" Otto—an ordained minister, community steward, and ceremony guide who believes every love deserves to be honored with pride, reverence, and joy.

I grew up in a rural community where LGBTQ+ inclusion wasn’t just absent—it was unspoken. The few messages I received from church taught me to hide the parts of myself that longed to be seen. When I began seeking spiritual leadership for my own milestones, I was met with silence, judgment, or doors that weren’t open to people like me. That experience shaped me deeply—and it’s why I now stand proudly as a minister who affirms all identities, all orientations, and all expressions of love. I’m no longer hiding, and I’m grateful every day to live as my true self.

My path to ministry wasn’t linear. It was rooted in community care, forged through organizing large-scale events, and nourished by my love for nature, animals, and technology. I’m just as likely to be found troubleshooting a mesh network or reading a book in the woods as I am crafting a ceremony under the stars. I believe sacredness lives in both the quiet moments and the logistical ones—in our daily lives and the stargazing.

I also hold a deep passion for reading holy books—across traditions—and listening to how others interpret them. I find meaning in crafting my own interpretations, too, treating scripture as a living conversation rather than a fixed decree. Whether the text is ancient or newly written, I believe its power lies in how it connects us to each other and to something greater.
